Philippine Fashion Week with my Nokia N9

My Nokia N9 accompanied me to the front rows of shows this Philippine Fashion Week. Truly an awesome companion, all my fashion friends are in-love with it---its look, its amazing bright display, its crisp and clear camera, and its over-all appeal!

Thank you Nokia for the experience. :)

Nokia N9 x Yellow Cab

Started the day with a heavy heart. Woke up this morning and went straight to the final burial mass and cremation rites of my bestie Markki Stroem's grandfather. It was such a sad day, but nevertheless, relieving with the thought that Lolo is suffering from his illness no more and he's in a better place now.

After that, I went straight to attend Philippine Fashion Week, for the show of one of my clients and valued partners, FREEGO.

I went with my friends Jorx and Kars, and Markki's handler Jeff. The show was nice. Kinda bit off in terms of styling and stuff, but the jeans were great! I believe that FREEGO is still one of the best makers of jeans in the country. (Review to follow. Still to busy at the moment. :p)

After that, I went straight home and surprised to have this resting in my bed (my tita received the package).

I just died!!! It is beyond beautiful! Love at first sight!!!!

Will blog about this fierce phone tomorrow. I will take this for a nice spin tomorrow at the Philippine Fashion Week!

My new baby the Nokia N9 beside my current phone iPhone4. (The apple is already getting jealous... :p)

Can't wait to share with you the wonders this phone, as of now I can tell you guys that it is really MAJOR! The images are very crisp and crystal clear, the interface very bright and appealing to the eyes, and knowing Nokia, the battery life is unquestionable and it is absolutely user-friendly.

But for now, I will play Angry Birds on it till i fall asleep. :)

BACK TO BLOGGER

So tonight, I have just transferred my blog from Tumblr to my new home, BLOGGER!

I am no stranger to blogger, since I used to be an active Blogger 'blogger' during my college years. I am actually happy that I have finally moved back here---"bigger" space, "wider" reach, highly customizable, and more "accessible". 

Yeah, you may say that I am kinda getting a bit serious with blogging now. LOL. But not that I am gonna make a major career out of it. I just really enjoy doing this---you know, writing stuff about fashion, lifestyle and basically everything that interests me, and then sharing them with my friends (you guys). :) 

Well, it's is really impossible now to move all my old posts from Tumblr to here, so if you feel like revisiting them, just click here or the OLDER POSTS icon at the right side of this page. :)

Anyway, it is the start of Philippine Fashion Week now, and for sure I will be busy again, attending shows, checking on what is in store for all of us in the coming season. And I would actually like to thank Paul of Nokia_Connects for sending me a Nokia N9 to help me cover with the shows! How amazing is that!!!

He just shipped the phone to me today, and I am already excited to get my hands on this lovely fierce cool baby! (My iPhone 4 is now turning green, I know. LOL)

I can't wait to try on this amazing phone, and I will definitely let you know how it goes. I just hope Paul shipped me the pink one! Haha!

PS. I would like to thank my very good friend VICTOR VITUG for the new blog name idea. Haha! I really felt like James to the World needs to retire already before I really get stuck with it for life. Like seriously, where in the world did "James to the World" came from??? LOL So there, ROBIN ELBOWS. ROBIN which is my first name, then the word ELBOWS---- ROBIN ELBOWS / RUBBING ELBOWS. Gets??? (Since I love rubbing elbows with almost everyone! LOL)
